"Mother" Claims Damages for Abortion Survivor

Here's a crazy story.  A girl gets pregnant at 16 and goes in for an abortion.  They perform it, but only kill one of two children in the womb.  Weeks later, the girl returns and has an emergency c-section from which the surviving baby emerges.  Now, the girl is suing the hospital because the girl survived, and she is traumatized by it.   Unbelievable.

Ms Dow's action states: "As a result of the failed termination the pursuer suffered loss, injury and damage. She suffered distress and anxiety upon the discovery of her continuing pregnancy.

"She required to undergo an elective C-section. She suffered pain and discomfort in consequence of surgery.

"She has the financial burden of care, upbringing and aliment of Jayde. She suffers an impediment in her ability to obtain employment in consequence of her care for the child."

You have got to be kidding me.  This is the type of lunacy that comes from our selfish culture that justifies killing children.  But that's not all.  Check out this quote from the mother

I still don't know if, or what, I am going to tell Jayde when the time comes. Maybe when she is nine or 10 I will sit her down and explain it to her.

"Sorry honey, I was young and didn't know what to do, so I tried to kill you and your sister.  Somehow you lived, and since then you've been a burden on me, but thank the secular society that I could sue the hospital for damages.  Those jerks, they let you live!  Oh, and I love you."

How will she explain to her child in the future that she refered to her as a burden and an impediment?

This makes it very hard for me to follow my own suggestions and show this lady love. How arrogant and selfish!

If she wanted the child to die, why didn't she give it up for adoption to a couple that wouldn't have to explain to Jayde why they attempted to kill her?
