Haiti may think USC won
While Matt Leinart may be the only one in America that thinks USC is still "the better team" after their choke job Wednesday night, the people in Haiti may think USC is #!.
Slate provides the answers to all those who wondered what happened to the championship merchandise of the team that lost the big game.
Some of it gets destroyed, while some is donated to charities, including Christian organizations. World Vision receives the incorrect NFL apparel. After last year's championship game loss to USC, Oklahoma's shirts were distributed in Haiti with the assistance of a local church.
So relax Matt, there is someone in an impoverish nation, struggling to survive, that thinks the Trojans (whoever they are) won the 2005 national championship (whatever that is).

Wait, USC didn't win? But they were a lock! ESPN wasted 10 days of my life on the top 10 teams ever and how USC would handily beat almost all of them! It isn't even possible that the greatest football team ever to put on a jersey could lose!
USC sucks. The Mountaineers don't though - we won the Sugar Bowl, and then beat unbeaten Villanova yesterday.
